Guest guest
Hi To alkalise body it must not be taken in a liquid as this causes a neutralisation of the stomach acids and this will affect the way food is broken down.. I think it raises the PH of the stomach acid making it much weaker so food is not broken down. Acidic body is mainly sourced for poor exhalation of carbondioxide.. The way I have been told to use Bicarb is for it to be absorbed buccally- ie through the bloodstream. The way which Scotson recommends is for a very small pinch of bicarb to be placed under the tongue so that it can be quickly taken up in the blood via the high density of veins and blood vessels under the tongue. There is a wonderful book which I have which is a mini encyclopaedia on the ways that bicarb can be used. Best Wishes Tracey I am glad as I have been using it , it is a relief that I did not change one source of aluminium for another .... but reading Tracey's link I found that bicarb can also be used to alkalise the body does any one knows how do you drink it ? can it be with any juice?
