Hi everyone!

My mother has decided to make her own sourdough starter, and she placed the

container right next to my brewing KT in the pantry. I'm thinking this is not a

good idea, but I don't know which to be more concerned about; the dough starter

or the kt? I moved her container (I have to say, I felt a bit offended!), but

just to another shelf. What do you all think?
