Guest guest Posted June 16, 2008 Report Share Posted June 16, 2008 I'm very new to this and wondered if someone can tell me if I use part of my cultured raw buttermilk and mix it with my raw milk, will I be able to make more cultured milk which will thicken if I leave it on the counter? Do I mix 1 part of the cultured buttermilk to 4 parts of the milk? How long does it normally take for it to thicken up?
