Guest guest Posted September 6, 2010 Report Share Posted September 6, 2010 Wow. I just couldn't help it, and was not in the mood for a " lighter " workout.  I did cut it a bit shorter than normal though  I did Michale Olijide's Killer Abs & Back. I decided to do this one after reading off of VF when a couple people recommended it for a great core workout. What an awesome feelinG when a workout is recommended that you have, but have never tried. Fun! I love the video world...  Anyway, it's about 20 minutes of standing ab-work. Mostly all obliques. They were burning.. A few punching combos and even some jump rope. I wore my weighted gloves for this whole segment, and got some good burns in my shoulders too. Then it's floorwork for abs. Some great effective exercises there too. My core was on fire.. No plankwork though. I decided I needed a bit of that too, so when he was all done, I held a plank on my elbows for 60 seconds.... W/ a shorter held before that one. I burned 363  calories with my average at 126.  HAPPY LABOR DAY FRIENDS!!!  D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
