Tonite I knocked a virgin off the pile, Tom Holland's Total Body Workout, Workout 1.  I liked it!  The background is all white, and what's funny is right at the beginning in big capital letters it says the workout was filmed live with no retakes, that this is REAL FITNESS.  I thought that was a funny thing to tout about - good thing he didn't cut a big fart toward the end of the workout or anything!

The music is good, I recognized a lot of it from Cathe's workouts of a certain era.Tom is very attractive, and a good instructor.  He doesn't mirror but he does cue at the top of the phase.  One odd thing is that he often stares intently into the camera, and at times his voice is breathy.

You do two sets of a lower body exercise along with an upper body exercise, with 30 seconds of cardio and a set of of abs and pushups in between (did all 50 on my toes, you only do 10 at a time though so it was doable)

After that, you do a third set of all the upper body exercises again, then some lunges, all the abs again, more lunges, ending with some cardio (which I did on the rebounder because my knee is still off, grrr!)

It was 45 minutes long, there were no breaks at all, and I'm going to do workout 2 tomorrow!  I am sweaty and stinky now, time for a shower!
