Goat Herd Dispersal, Sheep Flock and Farm sale

I have hurt my back and must sell my farm and herd as soon as possible.

For Sale:

Herd- related to ADGA Top Ten milkers, Alpine and Lamancha with a few Nubian

* 75-80 milkers (half are yearlings, most of the the rest are 2-3 year old, a few 4yr olds, and two 5 year olds)

* 50-70 dry does/doelings ready to be bred

* 5 bucks

These animals are CAE+, but CL free.

Flock: These were the best of my 65 head herd that I dispersed last year.

7 or 8 ewes, about 10 ewelambs. They are not on the milk stand this year. (No time) Very good milkers.

Property: $490,000

5.25 acres, fully fenced

4 bedroom house with Amish cookstove and wood beam elevated ceilings

Separate garage by the main road (great for conversion to a store front/cave)

Milk production/processing building (20 x 78 ft.) Includes milk parlor to milk 8 at a time, and a cheese room with vat pasteurizer and ice cream machine.

Includes milking machine, tubing, cans, the whole set up.

I have headstalls to expand to a double 12 milking parlor, but it is not set up.

I also have 2 LGDs (male and female mated pair Maremmas) that I will have to do something with.
