Guest guest Posted August 18, 2010 Report Share Posted August 18, 2010 Wow, talk about HARD.. I decided to do the 48 minute premix of Stepping Up today since the combos should have been pretty fresh in my brain. Well, talk about yikes... there is not any breaking down whatsoever in this premix (except warm-up and cool-down). At first I thought there was no way.. but within seconds it all came back to me and I did it all. I even did the combos one more time through to make it an hour long workout. The premix also had the warm-up, cool-down, & abs in it. I did those today as well. Good stuff! I burned 676 calories with my average at 144.  D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
