I'm sore in the quads this morning, obviously it's been awhile since I've ran! It feels so good to be able to run again! I'll be gentle with my lower body til the race on Sunday. As long as I finish without stopping that's all I care about! My smart coworker helped me figure out my calorie distribution in Excel. If any of you want a copy of the spreadsheet or the formulas, let me know! (note: I didn't record all the veggies I ate, I consider most of them to be freebies) Example: So actually at the moment I'm fitting the runner's profile in that 50% of intake should be from carbs, 25% from fat and 25% from protein.
