My name is Darlene and I live in a little country town called Palmetto in Louisiana. My yahoo email address is: darleneloveskirby@....

My husband, Kirby, and I are a homeschooling family of 9 children - 2 are married, one grandbaby boy, two more grandbaby boys due in October, 3 grandbabies in heaven, one son serving in Afghanistan. We run a small farm of Angus Cattle, chickens, rabbits, ducks, fish. We are in the process of purchasing 2 ewes to start a sheep dairy farm (small). We are getting the sheep so that we can start consuming raw milk and making products such as cheese, butter, yogurt, soap, etc. Our children have allergies to milk....and I have researched the value of raw milk. I wanted to join this group to learn how to make these products and learn as much as I can about everything to do with with raw milk. I'm sure I'll have many questions along the way and I look forward to meeting as many of you as I can. God bless you.
