Guest guest Posted August 19, 2010 Report Share Posted August 19, 2010 Well, I decided I needed a good solid lower body workout. I hadn't done one since STS (besides Tonique). I chose the 65 minute premix, but then got to the 50 minute mark and she was going to repeat a floor section again.. A section that was working my low back a bit too much. I did fine the first time through, but thought I didn't need to overdo it, and do it again. So, I did the core section instead which was another 15 minutes.  A good solid workout. It's not evening, and I have no DOMS...wow, I would have guessed them to come. Anyway, I burned 452 with my average at  112. I believe it was like an hour and 8 minutes when I shut my HRM off. Good stuff.  D  p.s. too funny..
