Guest guest Posted July 1, 2002 Report Share Posted July 1, 2002 Someone tipped me off about Muscle and Fitness May issue I managed to find a copy, and it has Istavan Javorek's Power Thrash II workout. Its a 12 week, 3 times a week periodised program aimed at building mass, power and cutting bodyfat for Bodybuilders. Lots of explosive stuff in there - mainly hybrids of sorts, but I think its more suited to atheletes that want hypetrophy in the off season There is an interesting exercise in there called a Squat Jump Push Press using dumbells. Basicly you squat down to parallel with two dumbells in the shoulder press position with palms facing each other. Then you jump up pressing the dumbells up, like a vertical jump.
