Jen's exercise for Tuesday 08/10/10Since i had to go to the Dr. early this morning, I got up extra early and walked outside. I walked for 32 minutes, around the complex where I live twice. The 32 minutes was an improvement on my recent time of 34 minutes so YAH me!Later this evening I went to the pool and did 1 hour and 45 minutes of water exercise. I used my light weight dumbbells and fins. I got the biggest compliment from Lynn (she lives in the same complex) she said that I have great "traps" as in trapezoid. She said that I have really good muscle tone! YAH
