Weaned Jersey/Holstien Heifers

Located near Mountain View, MO.

We need to put a well in before winter. So, we need some funds! These are

heifers that we had intended to keep and freshen, but we have 23 retained, and

really only need to freshen 16 or so. I am not selling the oldest group that is

on the rented pasture, and I'm not selling four of the youngest group, as they

were chosen by my younger siblings. So I have 10 heifers that I can let buyers

choose from if interested. THESE ARE NOT CULLS!!

I have gone through them, their dams, etc and I like all of them. So I am not

picking out any certain ones to sell. Anyone who might be interested can pick

their own choice/s out of this grouping of 10.

Their ages range from just under 10 months for the oldest, to just over 4 months

for the youngest one. I got some individual pics, but most are group shots. I

can send pics to those interested.

All were disbudded by me, so no horns to worry about.

I have 6 of the 7-8 month old age group.

I have 2 in the 5-6 months old age group.

Youngest heifer is 4 months old.

Oldest heifer is almost 10 months.

Price would be $400 for the youngest, $500 for the rest. They are all at least

50% Jersey(sire was a Jersey bull), 4 are 75% Jersey or higher. Their dams are

Holstien and Jersey/Holstien crosses.

These are all well-grown healthy ladies. Were bottle calves, so even though they

are not pets now, they will be very easy to friendly up. Will make great family

milk cows or nurse cows. These are homegrown heifers. You can see our herd on
