Our local high school is having a free yoga class after school twice a week, they had the mats and videos donated for it by the local dollar store owner. They are getting a lot of teachers (male and female) to turn out, and a growing number of female students. A few boyfriends watch but haven't joined in yet. It's a good trend to see, and was a small donation considering the health returns on the next generation. From: Festival City Concrete Ltd / & Carolyn Visser To: exercisevideos Sent: Thu, August 5, 2010 11:24:18 PMSubject: Re: visit with Dr. No / 30 minute kettlebell gymboss workout / teaching a yoga practice on the 15th> Lastly I was asked to lead a yoga practice at a dinner party I'm going> to on the 15th.how interesting! ive never heard of doing yoga at a dinner party before...LOLsounds like my kind of dinner party :) and a good opportunity for you!:*carolyn.

What I like about the YogaFit program is that in order to get certified you need to teach so many hours in the community for free, which I think embodies the spirit of Yoga  :)
