i still don't feel like doing much. i seem achey lately. wonder if TOM is coming around and its effecting my iron somehow. i did decide pilates this morning with denise austin pilates for everybody. i haven't done this in a long long time. its a great workout and the band helps loosen up while working muscles gently. mostly floor work though but had a good standing segment for just legs as well as legs/upper body combined.
