Jen's exercise for Sunday 08/01/10I don't feel any better but I couldn't stand being cooped up in the house any longer! I need to be outside, in the sunshine, enjoying a summer day.I decided to walk SLOWLY around the townhouse complex where I live. So I walked slowly to keep from feeling more lightheaded/dizzy and to keep from re-injuring my ankle.It was nice to be outside in the sunshine. While I was walking I felt strange as if someone else was walking (weird

huh?) My ankle felt fine and so did my knees.I walked 22 minutes. Better than NOTHINGNormally I can walk around our complex in less than 15 minutes. Tomorrow I will go for another walk and I may go to the water exercise class depending on how I feel.Slowly the tortoise moves, Jen
