RE: Brag Day

Hmmmm.........

I managed to workout in some capacity every day this week (except sunday when

I had a wee hangover). I've been doing my basic taebo about 4 days/week and

doing my aerobics/wt class 2X/week. They seem to complement each other well.

I have noticed I've lost a couple pounds - not intentionally..seem to fall

off when I mix up my workout routine. I wore a dress size 2P to a wedding

last weekend (must be mislabelled).

Anyway....it feels good to feel good.....guess that's my brag!

Have a great fit-filled weekend!

Caroline, who's hard pressed to find brags this week!

Good Morning Group!!!!

Allow me to throw a " Holiday Brag " out there......................I made over

150 frosted cutout cookies yesterday and only sampled one!!!!

Other than that, I worked out 5 out of 7 days including some wonderful 4 mile

powerwalks over the weekend.

Have a great weekend!!!

Ho, Ho, Ho!

Caroline,

How in the world can you do that? Only sample one? I am the worst

cookie maker. I'm already picking out which ones I want as soon as I

get them out of the oven. Baked goods are my weakness.

Good for you on the workouts! :P

> Remember, Janick, eating holes don't count....since they are just

a " hole " . LOL

>

> And, I know what you mean about the hangover!! Boy did I have one

the other day after all those cookies. But today I am back to eating

healthy. I'm baking some potatoes right now, and just made a

butternut squash sauce, and am also making some tofu spread (OMG this

tofu spread is addictive!!)

Tofu spread, that sounds interesting!! I love butternut squash! I

make a great butternut squash soup, but since it involves cream

cheese, I don't think you would eat it (unless there is a soytype

cream cheese). Last night, it was the skinny chips that got to me, I

almost ate a whole bag! Oh yeah, and I also ate some dark

chocolate... I was bad!!

Gotta remember that donut hole thing... that just cracked me up!

I do know that when I was doing AL1 I would stop at the Floor work.

And I felt that I had lost all the weight from my waist up. And until

I started doing the lunges and floor work is when the inches

REALLY started to come off the bottom! I am the same as you. Med. on

top and 14 on bottom. (also 5'7 " )

SO try adding some floor work if you can.

Hope this helps

Beckie who hopefully will work out more this week than last. ALOT to

do with house, and Christmas coming up fast.

I totally agree that shoveling is a workout!! We've hardly had any

snow yet. The snow right now barely covers the ground, contrary to

last year where we had about 4 feet of snow...

Janick

who is disappointed of the lack of snow because she was counting on

it to go skiing

Awesome brags Caroline!! We just had our first snowfall a week ago

Sunday. I think it's a record for the longest *dry* winter. We only

have maybe 1/2 inch outside though so shoveling isn't in the picture

yet here :)

Darcy who did get to wear her new winter boots yesterday though :)
