There is only a small percentage of people that are affected by A1 milk. Most people tolerate and don't absorb the BCM7. But the small percentage that do absorb it can benefit from A2 milk. Tests have shown that Autistic children will have a high level of BCM7 in the urine and when dairy and gluten is removed from the diet this level is reduced.
