Sat - 1st day of vaca/Crunch Time

Hi Everyone,

I actually did get up at 3:45 a.m. and did Kickbutt Crunch Time before we left for vacation very early this morning. I'm glad I did it. I forgot most of the workout b/c it had been a long time since I did it. A lot of compound/combined exercises and cardio intervals. Tamela Hastie leads this one. I think it tracks prettty closely to the original w/ .

Anyway - got to our destination with some time to take a walk and I also did 3 sets of push-ups, 3 sets of squats (facet he wall) and I hung from the luggage rack in my hotel room to decompress. My back seemed to survive being in the car for 9+ hours. Hope to stretch in the morning before we move on.
