Note that you said you " have written " (or something to that effect) all your papers for school. That is a great, great accomplishment! You have managed to get through this semester and still stick to exercise (albeit, not as much as you would like) and healthy eating. If you have to miss some workouts, don't sweat it! Knowing you, during the breaks from school, you will make up for the periods of less exercise. Keep it up! Elena

Guest guest
How nice to hear from you Temera!!! I'm sorry though that you are so busy. I think this time of year everyone is busy, whether it be w/ school or jobs or whatever. Some worse than others though. Anyway, thank you so much for posting and hang in there. You have come a long way and there is no turning back now!!! Darcy > Hello everyone and Janick!! Wow, I have to say that reading Janicks post, was > very similar to what I was going to post. If I lived closer I could just join yours. LOL Maybe some day I will start my own. I personally like to be outside when walking so unfortunately right now would not be the best time for me to think about doing something like that. It's so great to see you pop in. I'm sorry you've been so stressed lately but there is certainly light at the end of every tunnel. You've been doing so great, I'm very proud of you. Good luck going forward! Guest guest
<< For me, school work is taking a toll on me, as well as my job where my boss keeps on adding and adding to my workload. >> I'm about a week late in responding to this Janick, but I can also relate to what you're going through. I decided to go back to school this semester and my company picked this time to restructure some things which increased my workload by almost double. I'm working weekends, going to class, trying to find time to do housework and laundry, study, do homework, going to the gym twice a week and I'm paying the price. I got sick last week and haven't done Tae Bo for almost 3 weeks now. I missed all my gym workouts last week too, due to being sick. I'm still not well but went to the gym last night and am really wiped out today. I have no energy or enthusiasm for working out anymore. Tae Bo feels like a chore to me too. I'm not even forcing myself to do it. Thankfully my boss is letting me off work at noon today and because of our Thanksgiving holiday I will be off work until Monday. But, I have family coming in from out of town (8 people total) so I won't be able to rest much. With finals coming up in a couple of weeks, I won't be slowing down for a while yet. There seems to be no rest for the weary! LOL! Hang in there Janick! We'll get through this somehow!
