Guest guest
darling, I've been wondering where you've been! I'm sorry Phil is having so much trouble and yes, I hope they do " sort " him out so YOU can get some rest. But just so you know I also worry about you and the kids, and I'm sure I'm not alone. My email is up on top honey, use it whenever you want. Good luck with the doctors and Phil. take care and be well. Ellen
Guest guest
, I would think your suffering is every bit as real as as the suffering of someone with Stills. You're not only coping with doing work you wouldn't have to if you had a partner who was operating at full strength, but you're also probably putting up with his understandably cranky moments as well. And on top of all that, you are probably worried to death about him! I'd think it would be tiring and very stressful. So stop with the guilt, and take care of you too! Let us know what the docs said about his breathing issues... Tom (Uncle Fuzzy) just was diagnosed with sleep apnea (do I have that right, Tom?) and might be good to talk to, if that's what it is. Guest guest
Hi , I'm Jo. I'm new to the group ( a few months now). But I've been wishing for a spouses group that my husband could visit. (being a guy, not sure if he'd actually GO to the site, LOL) but I know that there are things that the non-sick spouses could share and might actually only share in a private setting because of the delicate nature of the feelings involved. we get so much support here as the sick people, but I think my hubby would curb what he has to say if he knew I'd be reading it.... you know, so as not to hurt my feelings. just my thoughts, Jo In a message dated 11/6/2008 7:12:21 A.M. The guys on the site are great and do answer any questions I have but I feel so guilty moaning about my situation when everyone is suffering. So if anyone does decide a site for spouses is a good idea then I for one would be hugely grateful. Especially at the moment because Phils breathing is really bad and when sleeping I often have to poke him because he stops breathing. Fortunately he at Speciallist tomorrow so fingers crossed that they sort it out.
