I did a search and saw that this question came up before but since I am doing continuous brewing- it may have a different answer. I brew continuously one gallon at a time and pour off 16 oz every few days and replace with tea/sugar. My brew has been super vinegary lately even after I pour off and replace. Not sure what I am doing wrong as my ratios are all the standard but maybe I should/could be adding more sugar to the CB or pouring off more/less or something.
