's Sunday workout

Today I did the Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout (thanks ). I don't usually like Jillian but I did really love this workout. I did the whole thing thru, it contains the warm up, the last chance workout, an upper body portion, a lower body portion and a cool down. It lasted 60 minutes altogether. It was hard for me, but that is because I have really been slacking on my cardio and doing more weight work lately. I need to get my butt back on my exercise bike. I did push thru the whole thing though and I am so glad I did. My arms are all rubbery right now from the pushups (I really hate those). I love weekends because I can do my workouts in the mornings when it's cool. Have a great Sunday everyone.

I have this one and was thinking about trying it soon. I have serious dread of it though, it just sounds hard, even though I haven't even previewed it or anything yet!

Today I did Kathy Aerobox workout with Olajide. I ain't even gonna try and lie, this one really kicked my butt. I loved it though. I had to take quite a few breaks during these jumprope portions (and I wasn't even using a jump rope). I have been seriously slacking on my cardio lately and I really felt it today. I was out of breath for a lot of this and was really sweating. I do love though and I will be pulling this one out again soon for a redo. Have a great day everyone.

Today I did Kathy Aerobox workout with Olajide. I ain't even gonna try and lie, this one really kicked my butt. I loved it though. I had to take quite a few breaks during these jumprope portions (and I wasn't even using a jump rope). I have been seriously slacking on my cardio lately and I really felt it today. I was out of breath for a lot of this and was really sweating. I do love though and I will be pulling this one out again soon for a redo. Have a great day everyone.

It's fun, though! It definitely gets you into the upper range of your cardio. It is not low impact. Lots of jump rope.
