Hi Everyone,

I think I haven't posted my workouts for the last two days:Tuesday - Petra's Elegant Strength - got this one in a trade. Generally liked it - one of those "fusion" workouts that includes a bit of yoga, a bit of Pilates, a bit of "sculpting" and a bit of dance. I didn't like it as much as I like my Ellen Barrett workouts - she has mastered the art of fusing these techniques in a way that works so well, I'm just spoiled! :)

Wed - Did an oldie - Keli Step Workout from the early '90's. I love this step workout - the choreogprahy is simple, but on an 8 inch step you really get a good cardio workout. I have this one on VHS, as far as I know it is not available on DVD. There is also an ab session at the end of the step - some of it is good - stabilization moves (like dead bug) and some is just your run of the mill crunches (which I hate b/c they hurt my back/neck!) There is also a little guided relaxation session at the end of the ab work (which I needed, I'm a ball of stress lately!). I added on some Yoga. I did a Yoga for Athletes segment - 20 min for the hips. This one is from Body Wisdom and Barbara Benagh does the voice over while "' models the poses. I really like this series (all of the Body Wisdom DVDs) the yoga is more therapeutic than "power" and that is a good thing for me. I really am interested

in the Jill yoga stuff, thanks to Carol, but then I started thinking that perhaps I should play with the yoga I already have before getting anything new!

Take care!!!

Donna
