Wise words from our Mamma Gail - Hang Loose People !!!!!!!!!! In my case I'm getting old and saggy and hanging loose anyway. It is natural when overwhelmed to take a reply to anyone very personally many times the wrong way not realizing the entire picture and what the other person is also going through or the intent of their messages. That is the hardest part of being a member or moderating a serious online support health group - only being online and with the written

word that can be taken in some many different meanings and ways. It's a simple solution to our big problem - Take a few minutes calm down and ask - What are you saying - What do you mean and please explain it further ---- do this in group because that is where it is posted and to all members but keep it civil or else !!!!!!!!! Don't worry my job title - Crowd Controller and keeping group on an even keel. I may be tiny but If I made it growing up in New Orleans - the Big Easy in the 60's and 70's in the French Quarter - Bourbon St. and many years of Mardi Gras I can handle it all and crowd control. Email me or mods personally to solve any group or group email problems or with members that get out of hand. It is handled out of group to not cause any further stress or harm to our group and members. My favorite - I have had enough and the subject is closed in group you can kill each other in personal emails !!!!!!!!!!! I love that one but damn don't get to use it very much. Carry on - I'm out of here for a while got to keep a very active 11 year old grandson busy. Did he bring his X-box ?????? Remember we are here for HCV Support and for each other. Love and Hugs. very well said deb.i am gulity of this kelly and they still love me{i think} lol.it will getr easier as time goes on.please stay with us.this group is awesome.anyways deb says it best.her and del and micheal and suzi and vicky and lol everyone else . i still dont understand why i send debi 500 a month for membership.
