Guest guest
I have only done 1 workout and it didn't use door attachmentwhen I was going thru the "learn the moves" program I held the bands over my head instead of using door. probably not best form and increased upper body burn :)judyTo: exercisevideos Sent: Fri, September 10, 2010 3:37:54 PMSubject: Re: Mari Winsor Slimming Pilates Fast Body Workout hi Judy! Now that is being resourceful! I have worked out in my kitchen, but not in bed! LOL! There is a "yoga in bed" series, as I recall! So far, are there a lot of instances where you need to attach the device to a door? I don't have a door handy in my workout space that would still allow me to view the TV. Trying to think if there is another place where I can use my lap top..... Donna Subject: Mari Winsor Slimming Pilates Fast Body WorkoutTo: exercisevideos Date: Friday, September 10, 2010, 11:55 AM Again - I did my workout in bed (only place I have!) I anticipated having to change up the accelerator from its different configurations alot (from what I read in reviews) but now it just used the bar without cords..This is a quick 20 min pilates workout. Did usual exercises- 100, single legs, windmills, swan, etc.It was good - not too tough and I felt tall and a bit more flexible after.I need to do more pilates to remind me of my spin and "powerhouse" alignment. I think I need more cardio but I did walk dogs...I hope to have a room to really workout in next week :judy in dc
