I have been making Kefir milk for the past 2+ years from pasteurized milk. It has been my treat to make my first batch of Kefir with real (Raw) milk. I don't plan to go back to the dead stuff any more. I truly want to read all questions, and answers in the Raw Dairy world. Thanks for making me a member. Sincerely.
