Presenter:

Herskowitz, MA CCC is a 30 year veteran speech and language

pathologist.

She is one of the world’s foremost speakers on the subject of

Computer-Based

Intervention (CBI) and Sign Language for Individuals with

Autism. Ms.

Herskowitz was the recipient of the Stevie Lifetime Achievement

Award in

2004for her work with individuals with autism. Her youngest son,

Blake, was

diagnosed in 1993 with autism. She is the author of the book, Computers and Autism: Maximizing

Independence Through Technology.
