Guest guest
Dear Ones, My baby daughter thinks that my new brew is better than Dr. Sklenar's, even though, it does have a tiny bite to it. Does that come from my prayers over it? Last time, I was brewing in my hot bedroom, on the dresser, by my tv. Brew fermented in five days there. Also brewed another pot on a cart between my dryer and the refrigerator. Took 6 1/2 days. All tasted delicious. I just moved everything off a heavy file along the back wall of my living room, and made room for two Corningware pots, side by side, on double pads. It sits out from the wall just far emough to let the heat reach them. I started those two yesterday, made the Byzantine Sign of the Cross over them and gave them a reiki blessing. I have high hopes. I am going to brew another pot with my older Baby X scoby today, because my daughter drinks KT fast for me to keep her supplied unless I mass produce. Ha. Shall I put it on the cart in the kitchen again? Another daughter says that someone locally is brewing and selling homemade KT for only $2.98 a bottle. 32 oz? They pronounce it kombusha. How should we pronounce it. Wasn't it originally, " Kombu Chai? " A few months ago, they showed details of how to make Kombucha Tea in one of the Washington papers. I didn't see it yet. Happy brewing to all Kombucha lovers. Blessilng on you all. LOve. MArge.
