Hello!!! Brewing for myself and others - personally, since I started doing

large batches,

and having so much on hand, I tend to drink anywhere from one glass to a

quart or two

each day - especially when taking it off the shelf (it's the best time!!!) -

all times of day

except first thing in the morning - brought it to a nice restaurant and

shared samples of

it as a palate cleanser between courses!!! How about you?

Same here, . Hubby helped me bottle 31 bottles of KT last night - it was

a BIG job. Sampling in between batches is inevitable, of course! ;-)

I always carry a glass bottle with Kombucha with me in my Rucksack

(travelling on my pushbike); it holds about 2 of your cup measures)

Yes, indeed! :-) My intake varies vastly. The more meetings I have, the more

Kombucha I drink ... there have to be some consolations to sitting in a hot

and dry environment. Kombucha is perfect. I sometimes I dilute it with fizzy

springwater - sooo refreshing! My husband always drinks it diluted like that!

For me this would only be true, because I love my very strong filter coffee

first, together with REAL ish porridge, followed by Kefir. The Kombucha

features during the rest of the day.

Kombucha, a palate cleanser? Never would have thought of that! I use water

for that job - it tastes so bland, anything tastes good afterwards! ;-)

How do you brew your Kombucha? Got a recipe, favourite teas?

I do 100 grams sugar (1/2 cup) per litre (quart) of water to one

desertspoon of tea.

Just discovered that oolong tea and jasmine green make a wonderful

combination (also sometimes with gunpowder green thrown in).

Continued happy brewing and drinking to you!
