I take prescriptions and supplements throughout the day for Lyme disease and the

damage it has caused me. I was wondering if there was a certain amt. of time I

should space out the KT from meds. (I am encouraged to do things to detox.)

TIA,

jan

I'm so sorry that you have that awful condition, Tia. It must be difficult to

deal with all those meds all day. My doctor told me that it would be best to

wait till one hour after or 2 hours before taking the meds. But depending on

how often you dose, you may want to drink the KT half-way through in between.

But, your best bet is to talk to your doctor about it. My humble suggestion...
