The choreography was pretty complex, BUT I got most of it except when he added a last part on when you go backwards and don't face him for awhile on one of the combos. That usually is sure to throw me off. I still got a great workout, and want to give this one a go soon again! I like a lot! He's one that totally makes me smile while working out I burned 427 calories with my average at 120. Afterwards, I wanted to get some good stertching in for my back. I chose Viniyoga for Low Back, Sacrum, and Hips. I did the low back therapy one..or shall I say started it. There was more exercises than stretching, and I wasn't interested. I pretty much ended up doing my own thing for 15 minutes. Later, I finshed painting the run (yay!), and then took the boys swimming to an outdoor pool.
