Good morning everyone,

I wanted to say it was wonderful to come home and see everyone had such a

wonderful time at the cyber party!!

I also want to share my milestone of this being my 30 year anniversary week of

my diagnoses of Adult Onset Still's Disease!!!!!!!!! Yahoooo!!!! And in

remission with only Naproxin on a daily basis. I was 19 at onset and it has

been a very long but in many ways fast journey.

I saw my rheumatologist yesterday, who diagnosed me and has been my treating

physician all these years, for a checkup. I made a very special Swarovski

crystal snowflake window hanging for him and a card. We hugged and he actually

teared up and had to leave the office. He has been the most special man to me

and will always be my hero.

So, I just wanted to celebrate a bit. I'm sorry so many are still in so much

pain and life is so very hard. Mine isn't easy, nor ever has been but for all

it has had to be it could have been so much worse and it's because of such a

good doctor, the most loving family and friends in the world, that I have

survived and not only survived but been happy, loved, and blessed. You all are

part of what keeps we wanting to be on this earth and in this life.

Thank you for that,

I love you,

Hi ,

Wish I could say " Happy Anniversary " but I won't since I wish you weren't

having a Still's anniversary at all and were perfectly healthy. How nice to make

that gift for your doctor. Sounds beautiful. Have a good day.

30 years, my goodness. I hate to say it but you have been a God send

to many of us and we have come to depend on you. May you always stay

in remission and as young as you are.

The cyber party was a great break. I so looked forward to the daily

updates. And for anyone out there who thinks I might be tempted to

win the award for wearing a speedo, forget it. I am afraid the

internet might actually come screeching to a halt were I to make such

an attempt.
