yoghurt with custom probiotics

Hi everyone

i made some yoghurt with 2 x custom probiotics and it seems like it didnt turn

out right -its all separated like " sour milk " it doesnt have that nice creamy

texture - like when made with VSL 3 . Should I strain it -Im using raw goat

milk -I warm this up to the 180 degrees f as per BTVC .Im probably killing off

all the good that comes with it being raw .does anyone just make it straight

without heating.

I want to avoid the strep strains to see if some tic's disappear -not sure if

they are yeast or strep related
