Guest guest Posted August 7, 2010 Report Share Posted August 7, 2010 I couldn't decide what I wanted to do today, but knew I wanted to start with a short workout and see how I felt afterwards. I pulled out one of Cathe's HIITs. I have not done a HIIT since STS! I worked hard. I don't think I lost much endurance though since last time. I was able to keep up the same as usual. I stopped on a few of the drills with like 2 seconds left here and there. I burned 346 calories with my average at 142. Afterwards, I did Creative Core and Lower Body. I did the bonus section as well. It was a bit over 30 more minutes. I felt nice and stretched afterwards too.  Back is doing great.. Thank God.. still taking my ibuprofen in the morning though.. will stop that next week, I think  I'm toying with the idea of not working out in the morning and doing it after KK's birthday party... UGH.. I have a lot to do yet, and I would love to be able to just do it and not workout first. However, I know I will feel yucky if I don't workout too. Hmm.. I'll just wait and see what the morning brings, I guess.  Oh, and I have DOMS creeping in from STS too.. especially in my calves.  D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
