Guest guest Posted August 8, 2010 Report Share Posted August 8, 2010 I only got 7.5 hours in this week, which for me is below par: Sunday Round 41 thru Finale, 2 turbos 0.75 Monday Bridge Walk 1 Tom Holland: Total Body Workout 1 0.75 Tuesday Bridge Walk 1 Y4SR: Ending Your Day 0.75 Wednesday Bridge Walk 1 30 Minute Gymboss Kettlebell upper body wkt 0.5 Thursday Bridge Walk 1 Friday PC4WL: 45 min challenging practice 0.75 Saturday off 0 7.5 In addition, I'm INJURED! UG!! Not only is my knee still wonky, but the right side of my lower back is acting up in a serious big time way and plantar fasciitis has returned in my left foot. This really sucks. If I can't run in the Run for the River at the end of the month this will be the third race in a row I will not have finished due to injury and this infuriates/frustrates me! I'm taking tomorrow off to recuperate from the Kraft family reunion weekend and if nothing else hope to walk a good 8 miles and do back care yoga since that's about all I can do at the moment. Have you checked your junk mail folder? I'm not getting any posts sent to my email addy, what's up?
