I only got 7.5 hours in this week, which for me is below par:

Sunday

Round 41 thru Finale, 2 turbos

In addition, I'm INJURED! UG!!  Not only is my knee still wonky, but the right side of my lower back is acting up in a serious big time way and plantar fasciitis has returned in my left foot.  This really sucks.  If I can't run in the Run for the River at the end of the month this will be the third race in a row I will not have finished due to injury and this infuriates/frustrates me!

I'm taking tomorrow off to recuperate from the Kraft family reunion weekend and if nothing else hope to walk a good 8 miles and do back care yoga since that's about all I can do at the moment.  This really pisses me off, I'm finally getting ahead in my goals and am set back. GRRRR!!!

Hi Jen!I just checked your settings and you are set up to get individual emails - did you accidentally mark a post as spam?   Have you checked your junk mail folder?
