Today I pulled out an old VHS tape, Kathy Kickboxing workout. I don't think I have ever done this one before. I really enjoyed it. I thought it would be kinda wimpy but it wasn't. I am going to look for this on DVD. I have decided that I really enjoy kickboxing. This was only about 45 minutes and I have to do 60 for my sparkpeople challenge so I jumped on the bike and did 15 minutes there. We had a beautiful day today. I am all sweaty now, but that's a good thing. Good nite everyone.
