Guest guest Posted May 18, 2011 Report Share Posted May 18, 2011 I am going away for 2 months. My friend is staying in my apartment, but she is squeamish about kombucha and scoobies. I notice that in my " scooby hotel " the scoobies get bigger and bigger until there is no fluid left. I am worried they will dry up. I will ask her to buy some store bought kombucha and pour it in from time to time.... but she might not really take care of it....
