I was not dragging my heals today - yay!  I first chose 's new Powersculpting.  I enjoyed it a lot, and got a great workout in.  I used 12's and 8's, and I don't think I could have went a pound heavier with most.  With a couple of the exercises, I even skipped a few reps with the upper body as my arms were so fatigued!  I burned 330 calories with my average at 128. Afterwards, I did the ball section off core max w/ Cathe.  I like this one a lot, and I was able to do most w/out modifying.  However, I did modify a little.  The only one that comes to mind is when you pass the ball from your arms to your legs.  I modified by bending my legs instead of bringing them all the way down when the ball was in my arms.  By doing that, I was able to keep-up fine.  Oh, and I only did a few jackknives.. but was happy for the few that I did do!  I think I did 6?  I feel like I have lost so much ground with my core-strength since I hurt my back :(  Oh well, it will return.

 

I have some water in my basement again too..GRRR... I just got my workout room all cleaned up, only for it to get wet.  So today is laundry and sucking up water again.  Fun, fun...GRR..
