well this weekend my dog (my young bigger one...) jumped on me unexpectedly and my back was sore. I woke up this am and now can sympathize with all you and your back problems.. OUCH!! I couldn't figure out how to get out of bed!! I am feeling a bit better now (for some reason on the ball I am better)here is my revised plan (now that I not only have wonky knee but pain in my back!!)Mon- Teach agility, after try a total body stretch (I think my lack of stretching during agility is what is causing injuries)Tues - Pilates from 5day fit pilatesWed - spin classThurs- PilatesFri - either take spin or do 3 mile walk with leslieSat - hope to get to gym but if not another lower impact aerobics -- maybe Punch WWSun0 - long yoga classs -- maybe Ana's

Transformer... any other ideas welcome :)
