Guest guest
Hello! I use to own dairy goats years ago (70's & early 80's). Things have changed a lot and before I get back into owning goats (1 or 2) for personal use I've joined a few lists and am learning LOTS! So, I'm here to learn before (and after I'm sure) getting back in. I have a small hobby farm and couple horses, dogs and cats. I really miss the small animals and now that I'm home all the time I'm ready to get back into this (slowly). Now I need to learn more about what is going on in the world of milk, cheese and such and being more frugal and eating healthier. We always drank our goat and cow milk raw but now I hear there are concerns so I need to learn and learn to do raw milk right. TIA for what you can teach me, help me with and hopefully I can ask some questions of value that add to the topics. It's always great (IMHO) to have something to ponder on. Also, thanks for having me as part of the group! ~*~ Shar ~*~Wondering what's for Dinner Tonight? Get new twists on family favorites at AOL Food.
