Guest guest Posted August 15, 2010 Report Share Posted August 15, 2010 Hi all, I am not quite sure what happened but I managed to go 6 days without working out. I have no excuses, one day just turned in to another and then I said tomorrow and tomorrow didn't look good either. Yesterday I finally got back on track and did a short Gilad workout from FitTV. Today I did a DVD called Life Force with Anni. I really liked this DVD for the most part and will definitely do it again. It is about 50 minutes of workout with a 10 minute stretch and cool down for a total of 60 minutes. The only part that I didn't like about it is where they are doing the exercise and trying to show the different versions of advanced, beginner, etc. I was trying to watch Anni who was doing the intermediate, but when they started the new exercise they would show either the advanced person or the beginner person for a long while before they ever showed Anni. I think a wide angle to show all of them at the the same time for the starting portion would have been better, but maybe that's just me. I did really like it though and it definitely a keeper for me. I don't post often anymore but I am reading your posts and keeping up with things. I went a little crazy yesterday and ordered the new Bob Harper DVD's. I am sure he is way above my level, but I don't care. My 21 year old son said he will do them with me. It will be worth it just to see that.
