45% 121.00 99.00I LOST 4.4 POUNDS this week! I blasted through my first weight loss goal of 5% weight lost from my highest weight (220) which was 209. Now I'm on to my 10% weight loss goal of 198.It goes to show you that getting my hypothyroidism under control, changing my eating to even healthier food, tracking and cutting calories using my Fitbit and exercising most days of the week really helped me to lose all of this weight. I know that I can do this FOREVER because I feel so good! It's surprising how good I feel, especially when I was just diagnosed with an

autoimmune disease. My Neuro Ophthalmologist said that my prognosis is excellent because I've only had problems in 1993, 2002 (not a real episode just blurred vision for 2 or 3 days) and this year 2010. I will see a Neurologist this Friday to get a good baseline of where I'm at now. Hopefully I will be normal or near normal on the exam. If you want to know what I have please email me at volleyjen0416@.... I don't want the world know just people I know and trust. Please reply to my GREAT weight loss news...it helps to have support and encouragement! Jen
