Guest guest Posted October 2, 2008 Report Share Posted October 2, 2008 dear all, thanks for the emails to check on me. i've not been joining this group for a long while for now... truly appreciate the concern from the ladies. i'm doing ok, taken up a new sport in archery ... it takes more out of me but its a good complement to my Taichi routines, i get a little flared sometimes but i think i'm better overall with the increased physical training.it should help to bring down my cholesterol. my still's has been a gd teacher when it comes to when to rest and when to push. even at physical training, i could push till my knees go weak but i must be sure to get a good rest for both body and mind after that and my red dragon will be happy enough to jus watch and lay low.
