when to start milking again

Hi All

Just got my first calf from my jersey milk cow. My question is how long after

the birth can we begin milking her again? She was giving about 4 gallon a day

when we let her dry up and breed her back. She has had a good 10 month rest.

The calf was born this morning (heifer, yaa).
