Dear ,

How upsetting the facial bruising must be. It's hard to try to put up a good front when the symptoms literally blow up on your face! You really do need to be evaluated for a transplant - your systems need a very thorough check. I hope they can get to it soon. Meanwhile, just tell people you sleep walk? fell off a horse? got in the way of a bed post on the move????? Or just tell them what's up and they won't probably ask much else :)

Take it easy - you have lots going on but you need to be careful - that's your body telling you that.

Thinking of you!

Amy

Dear Tony,

Don't worry too much about writing or just a feeble "hi" would work. We want you to spend all of your time focusing on the power of healing within being supported by some incredible meds.

I join your prayers for strength - hang on tight for the ride.

Love,

Amy

Even more important than a Frye Hearing regarding mold litigation in NY, is

the fact that Federal Judge Sprizzo conducted a Daubert Hearing on the

toxicology of pathogenic mold in the Frederick vs Columbia University case

involving a student exposed to toxic mold. I testified in that Daubert Hearing

on

May 3, 2005 and the judge stated to the four defense attorneys, " There is no

way Dr. Lipsey is not going to testify at trial " . I then testified at trial

May 25 and 26, 2005.

Dr. L. Lipsey ( 904 )398-2168

550 Water St, #1230, ville, FL 32202

Toxicologist and former Prof. Univ. Florida,

Adj Prof, Univ. N. FL, OSHA HazMat certification,

Fla. Comm. College Jax, Institute of Occ. Safety & Health, Chairman,

Clinical Tox Advisory Comm, Florida Poison Info Center, Jax.
