I belong to a cow share in the Plains, but purchased some milk from CARE for a couple of neighbors who wanted to try raw milk. She didn’t notice a cream line in her milk. When she saw mine, she was concerned and didn’t understand why there wasn’t a discernable line. Does anyone have any insight. It’s the first time I’ve purchased the milk through the CARE Alliance (I buy cheese, yogurt, butter and produce). Any thoughts? Thanks!
