Guest guest
It IS a setback in getting the truth out there, to the general public. But, don't lose hope. I've lived in New York City all my life. Those of us who live here have always known that New York is a " landlord's town " . They own the courts, in any landlord-tennant case. Even though this case involved a Co-Op Board, and not a landlord, the " pro-landlord biased court " had to rule the way they did in order to avoid setting a legal precedent that could cost the landlords money, when similar cases are brought against landlords. Its going to be a long war. This was just one battle. Keep the faith, and keep passing the ammunition on to the rest of us. The " ammunition " is our shared knowledge, and our efforts to make the truth known to everyone. --- In , " icelandicmygla " <sylgja@...> wrote: > > I thought you were interested in this: > I cant understand WHY the ,,scientific " world cant see the truth - but > one day they will - I cant wait for that day to come - > > > > http://www.nytimes.com/2006/10/15/realestate/15home.html? > ref=realestate > > sylgja > Iceland >
