Guest guest Posted July 19, 2010 Report Share Posted July 19, 2010 yesterday did half hour of EA Active mixing it up with boxing,sports, and track exercises. not a really pumping workout but i just had NO energy yesterday with TOM. this morning i had to really motivate to get done b/c i have to go to the college soon and get my fees in so i can get my schedule started. so i did 40 min jackie warner's power circuit. it breaks up into muscle groups of 3 exercises and each exercise is 1 min then a power burst where you do all the exercises back to back for about 20 seconds each. quads/hams/glutes/chest/back/shoulder and arms/upper abs/lower abs are the sections its broken into. i had to take plenty of breaks but i did that so i didn't risk my form! i think if i make a schedule of things i have to do and if its visual i might motivate more to get this done before taking viola to camp. sure i have most of the day but then that means i also put off chores and exercises that last week or so. not good and i have to work through those hurdles.
